That's what the last fill-up for the Ram 50 cost.

To be fair, it was 12 gallons of Sunoco 110 leaded.

Yes, I know it's ridiculous to put that in a vehicle making less power than a Miata.
Yes, I realize it's not going to help its tendency to not idle.

But I've wanted to do it since I found it at the pump at the BP near Dells Raceway Park, and race gas always smells good.

I know as a kid we would sometimes put it in my Honda Trail 50, and it would about double the runtime it had on a tank of fuel. Maybe this will do the same, maybe it won't.

Last summer when I borrowed my mom's truck to move, the pump stopped at $100 …. I had to reinsert the card to keep fueling. That was on regular too …. rather depressing.

It's early and I haven't had coffee, so I'm confused. What?

"Yes, I know it's ridiculous to put that in a vehicle making less power than a Miata.

Yes, I realize it's not going to help its tendency to not idle". Bribery sometimes works.

This one's from me.

I have a bag of death coffee in the cabinet. I should make some.

Also, the Trail 50 did idle better on 110. Maybe the big 50 will do the same.

I really want to put 110 unleaded in my car. But that's $12 a gallon for curiosity

110 leaded here is ~$7.50/gal. at the pump.

I can run the vpracing 110 UNleaded without killing my cats though. $4.50/gallon is still cheaper than $900 aftermarket

There's a difference between your vehicle and mine.

Kinja'd!!!

It's got a Mitsubishi motor, a one hundred and twenty two cubic inch plant. It's got white letter tires, 2wd suspensions, Monroe shocks. It's a model with removed catalytic converters, so it runs good on regular gas.

I have an o2 sensor before and after my cats :( it's the only thing keeping me from removing them

My truck only has a pre-cat sensor, and it's only a two-wire sensor.
